"Face2Face Estate Agents have brought their background and experience in mortgage brokering to the estate agency business. Their approach has been to 'do the fundamentals extremely well' -so all staff are highly-trained, a property for sale with the agency is assigned to one specific member of staff, thus building rapport with the seller, chains are rigorously checked and rechecked, and all properties are guaranteed a weekly appearance in the newspaper. In addition, the company has raised standards in the local area - for example they were the first to include floor-plans. Their values and approach are achieving impressive results, including lower than average fall-through rates - the bane and cause of such financial and emotional distress to sellers and buyers.

All in all, a worthy award-winner."
